2 2/3 C. of crushed pretzels
3/4 C. margarine, melted
3 T. sugar
- mix together and line 9x13 inch glass pan. bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees
cream:
3/4 C. sugar
1 (8oz) cream cheese
1 small cool whip
spread on top of cooled pretzels
mix:
2 pkgs. strawberry jello (3 oz. size)
2 C. boiling water
add 1 pint frozed sliced strawberries with juice. let congeal and put on top of cream cheese.
put in refrigerator to set
2 Cups = 1 pint

Coffee Cake
1 3/4 C. reduced fat bisquick
3/4 C. skim milk
1/4 C. sugar
1 T melted margarine
1 egg
streussel topping : mix 1/3 C. packed brown sugar and 1/2 t. ground cinnamon until crumbly.
stir all ingredients except streussel topping in medium bowl until blended. spread in pan; sprinkle with streussel topping.
heat oven to 375 degrees. grease round pan, 9x12
bake 18 - 23 minutes or until golden brown

Cheesy Potatoes
1 stick butter
1/4 - 1/2 C. chopped onions - I don't put these in
2 lb. bag hash browns (thawed)
8 oz sour cream
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream celery, chicken, mushroom soup (undiluted)
melt butter, saute onions
mix all ingredients well and bake at 350 degrees for 60 - 90 minutes

Shepherd's Pie - no pic but it's really really good!
4 large potatoes or instant potatoes
boil and mash
put on bottom layer of glass pie pan
1 lb of turkey or beef, thaw and fry
put on top of potatoes
add 1 can of mushroom soup on top of turkey or beef
add french style green beans - drained, put on top of soup
preheat oven to 350 degrees and cook for 30 minutes - add cheese if desired on top during cooking

Pumpkin Bread Muffins
4 eggs
3 C. sugar
1 C. vegetable oil
1/3 C. water
2 C. canned pumpkin
3 1/2 C. flour
2 t. baking soda
1 1/2 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
beat eggs gently with sugar, add oil, water and canned pumpkin. stir in flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
bake around 40 minutes at 350 degrees
doesn't have to be muffins - can be loaves - makes 3 loaf pans but bake these for 1 hour
